I had some spare time in work and decided to reverse bend some hooks for my next cook to make hanging chicken a little easier, also made a little stand for the remote Smoke, can sit in my Lazy Boy and just glance over

+1 on what lschweig said.... I too am hoping that they will make some... Noah and the crew seem to listen to be open to listening to suggestions... so I remain optimistic....
Then again they may have never thought some of us would get this serious and detailed about our PBCs... you have to admit we can be a little obsessive sometimes.

> Weber Genesis EP-330
> Grilla Grills Original Grilla (OG) pellet smoker with Alpha/Connect
> Grilla Grills Pellet Pizza Oven
> Pit Barrel Cooker (gone to a new home)
> WeberQ 2000 (on "loan" to a relative (I'll never see it again))
> Old Smokey Electric (for chickens mostly - when it's too nasty out
to fiddle with a more capable cooker)
> Luhr Jensen Little Chief Electric - Top Loader circa 1990 (smoked fish & jerky)
> Thermoworks Smoke
> 3 Thermoworks Chef Alarms
> Thermoworks Thermapen One
> Thermoworks Thermapen Classic
> Thermoworks Thermopop
> Thermoworks Square DOT
> Thermoworks IR-GUN-S
> Joule Turbo Sous Vide Circulator
> Searzall torch
> BBQ Guru Rib Ring
> WÜSTHOF, Dalstrong, and Buck knives
> Paprika App on Mac and iOS
Nice! FWIW, this summer I asked the PBC folks to please consider making exactly the same thing. I got the usual polite cookie-cutter reply thanking me for the suggestion ... and my frustrated fingers have been crossed in vain ever since ...

The only thing I did was put the hook end in the vice and take a propane torch to the center, used a screw driver as a pry bar and bent them carefully to keep them straight, took about 15 minutes for the whole process, by the way SS retains heat real well use plyers or good gloves when removing from vice

Cookers:
Large Big Green Egg with a Ceramic Grill Store rack system, and the SnS setup.
Weber Genesis SA-E-330 LP INDIGO with SS Grates, Weber Crafted frame kit, baking stone, griddle (2/3), all from Ace Hardware.
For the first time in a long time I have no kettles as I gave them all away.
Everything Else:
SnS #3 with certificate. I was their first customer.
Sous Vide equipment.
SnS and Thermoworks instant read and leave-in thermometers.
Grill Grates for BGE.
Kingsford Blue Bag, Weber lighter cubes, Weber charcoal chimneys.
Rubs with salt: Meat Church Holy Cow.
Rubs without salt: Home-mixed versions of previously sold SnS Grills Rocky's Rub and Not Just for Beef using their recipe. SPOG.
Spices: Lots of 'em.
Brewmaster Videos have to be embedded from another service like YouTube.
Use this format [VID=youtube;ZbC9UGLez54]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZbC9UGLez54[/VIDEO]
EXCEPT change the letters "VID" to "VIDEO". If I used VIDEO in this post, the video would have embedded and you wouldn't be able to see the command I used.
