Joined the PBC Revolution two weeks ago 
and I can't tell you how satisfied I am with this cooker. Noah and Amber have delivered on everything they claim for their product and the food is incredible. So far, I have done 3 racks of St. Louis style ribs, 2 Chickens, 1 Pork Butt, and 1 Tri-tip. I have not heard one complaint from friends or family, in fact a few neighbors have even wandered by and inquired what smelled so good. I did have a temp stall on my second cook, but I will employ fzxdoc's recommendations to address that on my next cook. (Thank's fzxdoc) Great product and great service.
