Well it is still in the box in the garage for the past 5 days. To darn busy to cook. Hopefully this weekend or Friday. Chicken and Ribs will be the first.

Take that sucker out now!!! A chicken cook takes like 2 hours!!! I wouldn't be able to stand that baby just hanging out in the garage all by its lonesome.

I have a Charbroil gas grill, Big Easy, Large gas smoker and small electric smoker, GMG Davy Crockett pellet grill. I also have a 160L Cabelas dehydrator which I use for beef jerky.

I'm on a mission to visit every brewery in WA!
