I want to smoke some bluefish fillets
Never did it. I have two fillets with skin on vacuum sealed right after we docked sunday. My tastebuds are depending on you, lol .a smoked bluefish dip is what I tasted before and that is awesome. Thanks HabkTags: None

I've smoked them a long time ago in a cheap water smoker. Soaked for a few hours in a soy sauce/ sugar /salt mixture and smoked like I would trout. They actually taste quite good, but a lot of ill tasting blood line should be cut out. I don't think I would eat bluefish any other way.
