    Pork cracklings on the PBC

    Anyone tried this before? I'm thinking of doing this using Meatheads recipe, but hanging the 1" strips instead of using the grate. Hoping that I'm not inviting serious flare ups that way...

    Haven't tried it but I did a duck and didn't have problems with flare ups.
