    Problem with the PBC

    Does anyone else have my problem? It's nice outside (I need to cook on my PBC). I have the day off (I need to cook on my PBC), etc...

        It's always a good day when I can fire up my PBC. When I first got it, I stored it in the garage. Sometimes, during a busy week, I'd open the garage door and look at it longingly, wishing I had time to use it. Does that sound sick or what?

        So you're in good company with us fellow PBCers, rototiller78 ! We feel your pain.

          Kathryn, not sick at all...I stare at mine everyday and remember all the great cooks I get out of it w/ family telling me I knocked another great meal out of the park.

            Every time I walk into my garage to get to my car as I'm on my way to work I can detect a hint of that nice aroma the pbc gives off from it's place in the corner... sigh....

                  I need to get the PBC going again. Its been too long. Although its gonna be 97 F here today with about 70% humidity.

                  Take me back to Alaska please !!!!

                    I'm w/ ya Spinaker but I would rather cook in 97 deg than pouring down rain. It too is 97 here all week w/ humidity @ 70% plus. Yikes! That's just hot but I am the kind of person that will take 95 over 10 deg any day of the week.

                        At work reading these PBC articles makes me want to smoke something, on one, or more, of my 3 Barrels. (1 PBC, 2 PBXs).

                          I don't see a problem.
                          I have never used my grill between cooks.
                          But if I had a PBC (whatever that is), maybe I could see a problem.
