It's always a good day when I can fire up my PBC. When I first got it, I stored it in the garage. Sometimes, during a busy week, I'd open the garage door and look at it longingly, wishing I had time to use it. Does that sound sick or what?

So you're in good company with us fellow PBCers, rototiller78 ! We feel your pain.

You won't be disappointed! While waiting, I'd recommend spending lots of time here: https://pitmaster.amazingribs.com/fo...-barrel-cookerOriginally posted by ssandy_561 View PostHope to get mine in a couple of months. My BBQ Fund is approaching $300.
Think of it as a really cool homework assignment that will substantially shorten the learning curve.

I'm w/ ya Spinaker but I would rather cook in 97 deg than pouring down rain. It too is 97 here all week w/ humidity @ 70% plus. Yikes! That's just hot but I am the kind of person that will take 95 over 10 deg any day of the week.Last edited by rototiller78; July 19, 2016, 03:08 PM.
