    First Time! YumYumYum

DH bought me a PBC for my bday (42 First time cooking over coals, first time making a brisket. OMH was it yummy! Followed Meathead's instructions for salting, injecting, and the BBBR. I did over cook it (I don't have a Maverick yet) but it was still fab!

Nice birthday present! Can't believe you chose to cook a brisket the 1st time over coals. It seems most cook ribs 1st. You must have a nice propane grill too???

I have a natural gas line grill, on it I have made Meathead's ribs a dozen times, or so. My sister found a turkey in her freezer, so we threw that on, too. FUN!

I found some chicken in a freezer the other day. I was holding my brisket in there while I trimmed them up. When the chicken moved on its own I decided to let it lay.

Congrats, (Girl on Grill) , on that first PBC cook. The brisket looks yummy indeed.

It's great to have another happy PBC user in The Pit!
