Thanks for the guidance and support. I cooked the 6 racks of Ribs on Thursday for a family dinner with 8 people. I followed Noah's rib video and the group felt these were my best Ribs ever. The PBC is amazing and worked just liked I hoped it would. Can't wait for my next PBC adventure!
