    It's Time!

    After one of the most memorable and not in a good way winters the PBJ is coming out of hibernation on Sunday! A 3.5# Boston Butt is out the freezer. Weather, 60° and calm wind. Wind has been constant for days. With the fire hazard outdoor cooking was not happening. See y'all Sunday!

        I have to agree. That poor thing ran through a Central Ohio winter, and kept on going. Michigan would've been even rougher.
