After one of the most memorable and not in a good way winters the PBJ is coming out of hibernation on Sunday! A 3.5# Boston Butt is out the freezer. Weather, 60° and calm wind. Wind has been constant for days. With the fire hazard outdoor cooking was not happening. See y'all Sunday!

The most recent addition is a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, 2 ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. A Thermoworks RFX Gateway 2 probe meat thermometer.
