    New PBC owner

    Hello all,

    I recently got a PBC and after 2 cooks I'm still stunned that baby back ribs are done in 2.5 hours, I'm used to 5 hours on my other cookers. I have done ribs, poppers, and armadillo eggs(my newest favorite cook). I did buy the turkey hanger and looking to do chicken this weekend. This cooker is so much fun, can't wait to try all sorts of different cooks and recipes!!

                  I'm only a few cooks into mine as well, but have gotten two coworkers to buy them with one potluck and links to the AR site... It's a great cooker.

                    i tell this all the time, but the first time I cooked ribs and chicken together in my PBC, my wife told me the chicken tastes like bacon. Now I can't cook one without the other.
