Friday I did chicken halves on the PBC for a friends birthday get together.
Sunday I did a 3.5lbs chuck roast, with potatoes. Could not find my butchers twine so I grated it. After 165IT put into a pan with 1.25 cup beef broth. Finished @200IT. Was good but a little dry.
Monday did a 6lbs chuck roast. Hung it, thanks to Amazon for the early morning twine, until 150IT. Put into a pan with 1.5 cups of beer and beef broth uncovered until 165 IT. Covered until 204IT and put in my electric smoker at 160 degrees, roast went to 207IT.
Rested then sliced and ate. Moist and delicious. Doing this again.
Also did 2 pans of brisket mac n cheese on my Dyno Glo grill.
