Just bought a PBC and talk about great customer service!

I wanted to give props to the fine people at PBC. I finally decided to pull the trigger and ordered on through amazon. I called them to make sure that they had them in stock and check how long it would take to ship, they told me that they ship same day if you get the order in early enough. I come to find out that there warehouse is only a couple hours from me and I had one my front porch when I got home the next day!!!! We are having ribs and brisket for Mothers Day!

You're going to like this Cooker. I am starting to try beef seriously, so prepared my brisket and got PBC ready ( I thought), was in a rush to get out of the house for a honey do and only put in a starter full of charcoal. Couldn't figure out why cook wasn't completing. A little trouble shooting and Voila needs charcoal. The Beef wasn't perfect but it's OK. So PBC is forgiving enough to get over beginners mistakes.

Yeah. PBCs customer service is awesome. I ordered mine at New Years time with the ash catcher. It had a small defect on the tabs that attach to the coal basket. Sent an email to them, and 20 minutes later Noah, the president, called me personally. We talked for about 20 minutes. 2 days later I had new tabs in the mail.
