When I can pick up a prime on sale at Sam’s club and want a quick meal I’ll season it with this:
This savory rub has a wildly delicious blackened flavor profile. Garlic and Traeger’s signature spice blend make it delicious on any protein you choose.
I throw it on the smoker for 90 minutes or so depending on your desired doneness and then slice it real thin for French dips. Sauté up some mushrooms and onions, broil some cheese onto a nice roll, dip in au jus. Turns out really good.
