        When I can pick up a prime on sale at Sam’s club and want a quick meal I’ll season it with this:

        This savory rub has a wildly delicious blackened flavor profile. Garlic and Traeger’s signature spice blend make it delicious on any protein you choose.


        I throw it on the smoker for 90 minutes or so depending on your desired doneness and then slice it real thin for French dips. Sauté up some mushrooms and onions, broil some cheese onto a nice roll, dip in au jus. Turns out really good.

          Yes, I use TT for making French dips or cheese steak sammies too. Best cut to use....IMHO. I pull at around 120 d, then refrigerate overnight so that the meat can firm up. Slice it thin and make the sammies. Always comes out great.

        In my opinion, buying Prime TT is a waste of money. Choice trimmed TT on sale this past week at Krogers for $5.99/lb. Bought two.
