    Looks great, nice cook. Looks like you really trimmed the fat down. You put a lot of thought into you processes.

      Thank you! I did - though I still forgot I had nothing to SV in lol. Did a pretty aggressive trim. Would definitely do the same next time. Next variable to introduce is gonna be injecting the flat. Or I’ll just cook a point!

    Great looking Cook! I am a pack rat by lack of funds. Chic-Fil-A delivered a ton of chick n biscuits to the dealership once. This sat around til the end of a long day. Cleanup deposited it in my possession. It is now my Sous Vide container. Perfect! Click image for larger version
