I'm thinking about a Pit Barrel PBX. I love my PBC, but want something bigger for multiple butts and briskets.
Anyone have a PBX you can report on? Do you like it? How does it do for brisket? I'm wondering how long a full load of charcoal would last at 275 degrees.

I love it and use it mainly for large cooks. it cooks brisket really well, just like the regular PBC. I found that it could easily rip at 275 for 8 hours. If you have it loaded down it slows things down, but it is an absolute tank.
