    12lb bird, Meatheads poultry rub. Hung with PBC Turkey hanger on one rebar. Leaving one out helps keep the temperature up in the 350 range.

    I hung 2 Turkey breasts. Simon and Garfunkel, duck fat spray, B & B briquettes, 2 chunks of apple, 1 bar...2 hours. I have a pic from before while drying out, looking like the arch of the covenant from Indiana Jones, and the after, no during...it was raining
