    Pizza on PBC

    Pizza on the PBC. As my son in law said "we crushed it".
    Lightly smoked with cherry wood chips. Remarkable!

        Can you tell me the PBC temp and time to cook that pizza, jecucolo ? I'd like to add that info to the PBC sticky on times and temps.
        • Did you use a full basket of coals?
        • Did you use Kingsford Original?
        • Rebars out?
        • Lid cracked?

          Well I didn't keep temp but
          1. I used full basket of kingford blue
          2. I used Kingsford charcoal lighter fluid
          3. Liberally ie alot!
          4. Let it burn for 15 minutes
          5. Closed lid with rebar for about 20 minutes
          6. Took rebar out for cook
          7. Put a handful of cherry wood chips
          8. Made pizza on the round pizza pan made of screen
          9. Cooked pizza until bottom was lightly browned.
          10. Hero status achieve with fam!

        I think I'm going to cook a whole cow in my PBC before I get around to doing pizza.
