I am being lazy and do not want to cut the 2 chickens in half, can I hang a whole chicken? I have both a turkey hanger and some of the PBC Skewers would that work? They are dry brining (just salt and pepper) and will be cooked tomorrow.
I may get motivated before the cook and halve them, but wondering if cooking whole can be done.

+1. I have done just that a few times with great success. In fact, I had used the turkey hanger for whole chickens before I ever used it for a turkey. Works great on both.
