Ash pan no longer needed for the "Texas Brisket Edition"

Got the stand wheels situated in the gaps in the blocks. Can be swept out no problem into a bucket. Pipe for the Auber is right next to an outlet.

Got a little more cleaning to do and everything BBQ wise will be all set up.

Is that for your blower? You must have been a "mad scientist" in a former life. That looks cool. Would like to see it in action sometime.

Wäääy too dumb to be a scientist.

Whoa, Jerod Broussard , that PBC looks like it could sashay among its fellow PBCs, kicking derriere and taking names! Cattle everywhere should be hanging on to their briskets for dear life.

Looks like someone put a few rounds through that Rubbermaid tote in the background.
