    Ash pan no longer needed for the "Texas Brisket Edition"

    Got the stand wheels situated in the gaps in the blocks. Can be swept out no problem into a bucket. Pipe for the Auber is right next to an outlet.

    Got a little more cleaning to do and everything BBQ wise will be all set up.
