Hahahaha.  Yep, It's not cheap thats for sure. Is it worth 3x a PBC??? Don't know..... But Im real happy with the quality.

Not sure, I did not put a probe in the cooker to check on my first cook. I should have. I just wanted to burn it for a couple hrs to burn all the funk off.

I'm seeing the pictures, this looks great, might the angular shape be an issue with hot spots etc? Versus circular PBC. I'd certainly like to have it on my patio area.
