Hi, my name is Darrell. I'm an OTR truck driver for over 25 years. During my off time I love doing backyard cooks. Wow, dirtybird37, I'd smoke that neighbor a brisket on my PBC and work out a deal for the Lang while snarfing up the burnt ends with beer! Can't ever have too many BBQ toys!
My apologies for the potential hijack...what about the PBC Jr? Is that big enough? Usually it's just my wife and I, but occasionally we'll cook for 5-6. Is the PBC overkill for small cooks?
update: found the review of the PBJ and it answered many of my questions. Is this a great place or what?
