Waited for over a year, doing the research n counting my pennies. Finally pulled the trigger on a PBC n could not be happier!
Great advice on this group! Spatchcock Turkey fr 17 - 20 lbs in 1.5 - 2.5 hrs. Medium size Brisky in 5.5 - 7hrs. The smoke is incredible! Piece of foil in the bottom, every cook n it looks brand new. Cust service is awesome. Great smoker! Tx AR!

I've had my pit barrel for about 3 years now.

I've cooked both beef and pork ribs, prime rib, turkey,, chicken, lamb, steaks, pork butt, brisket and chuck roast. It's never let me down.

I've wrecked restaurants for my family. (according to them)

I bought a 14" clay planter pot that I flip upside down and I set the basket on it to sear my steaks.

I don't know about the other and I'm sure it's quality but you'd have to pry the PBC from my cold dead hands.

I know this is somewhat off subject, but you might take a quick look at the OK Joe Bronco. After all, it did win the five-star Plantinum award on this site. The steel is thick, no leaks. I actually have an almost inappropriate affection for mine.
