I was watching an episode of Project Smoke last night and think I found my next outdoor cooking device. Steven cooked a brisket on a WSCG, but did a Korean pork butt on this beauty. I had to go find his episode guide to figure out what it was. I saw a nice stainless gravity smoker controlled by a BBQ Guru. I figured it probably wasn't cheap, but boy was that an understatement.
He also put cherry syrup on baby back wibs (and cooked them in a Bradley). I thought it sounded both odd and interesting, so I might give that one a try some time.
Now I just need to talk the wife into letting me trade her car in on a new smoker. I'm sure she'll be fine with it.
