I have been lusting after a Backwoods G2 Chubby for a while and am about ready to pull the trigger. I assume those of you who post here have an opinion about it as a smoker. You opinions about the good and the not so good would be a great help to me.

I have the G2 party and have only cooked on it once, so my option is probably not too helpful. The main thing that I struggled with was the water pan running out of water and spiking my temps.
Beyond that, it is really well insulated and easy to use! If I had the disposable income and knew that I needed the capacity, I would definitely pay for one once this second hand one goes out.
