I have an Assassin gravity fed smoker and I'm trying to change the gasket on the charcoal chute. I'm a little worried though, because it feels like I'm pulling out some screws when I try to remove the gasket.
i don't experience this on the humphreys
Anyone have an assassin? Has anyone else had this problem? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
