The Bird looks interesting but I'm an espresso drinker and while I enjoy good coffee, I only take my coffee machine out of storage when entertaining.
My wife remodeled the kitchen and family room, ripped out a desk, and replaced it with a beverage bar. I love espresso, make a few every day, and somehow was able to convince her the new beverage bar needed a statement espresso machine to compliment it. Plumbed in filtered water and drain while at it. Both the grinder and espresso machine are made local in the Seattle area. Seattle has a bit of coffee history and more excellent smaller local roasters than I have time to sample. (My latte art skill is weak).

I love coffee and drink far too much of it probably. Just had my afternoon cup about an hour ago before going outside shoveling snow. I have a machine called a Tchibo that makes it from ground beans. Kind of cool and I love it but sadly they stopped doing business in the US here last fall when the tariffs hit. They are a well known German company. Hopefully my machine lasts a while as I do not know what I will replace it with yet.

Hmmm. $4K to $54K+ to grind coffee. I like coffee but not that much. I'll stick with my Braun coffee/spice grinder. Last one I bought was long ago and I think I might have spent $12 on it. I could grind a lot of beans from an elephant's or civet's butt with the savings (but only if I were inclined to go to those lengths to find what somebody I don't know said would make excellent coffee.)

I love coffee. I make myself stop after 2 cups a day - my dr says i need to stop after one. I have an old hamilton beach electric percolator, a relatively inexpensive baratza grinder and an aeropress. The percolator is starting to die - it works intermittently at the moment so I am looking for a replacement. I refuse to let it go until it dies because my kids gave it to me probably 20 years ago.
I've been through lots of coffee makers, but these two are the best I have had. I don't do any fancy lattes or cold brews or capucchinos or anything like that though. Just straight coffee.

Backyard Jambo, T1000 Woodmaster, MAK 2 star, 14" & 22" WSM, 2x 22" Weber Kettle, Stoven, Hot Box Grill, Hasty Bake Ranger, RecTeq Bullseye, GMG Davy Crockett; Original Grilla and others I'm not remembering!
I am a Keurig fan. And I love my coffee, especially Emeril's Big Easy Bold! When I had to replace my brewing machine, I got a Keurig with the single serve on one side and a drip maker on the other side. I like the option of making a carafe, but mostly the single serve is what I use. Had an revelation years ago, I can drink coffee just about any way it's presented to me. I don't like super sweet though.

Not a huge fan myself…but she is. So 9 times out of ten I’ll just use the Aeropress. I’ve got a regular one and a travel one. If I need more, I’ll use the Espro P7 32oz…I also have a travel sized Espro as well…but that gets used less than the Areopress. I use a burr grinder for my beans…mostly because it’s set & forget. I have an espresso machine but it’s currently is storage. :-/
If she wants coffee when I’m out of town…I got her a pour over so that she doesn’t have to deal with a press.

- If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
I love coffee, and brew it lots of different ways. Automatic drip (Ninja coffee maker), Espresso/Capuccino (old Delonghi pump), french press, and yes, a Keurig. What I use depends on the time of day, time available, and mood I am in. We have a coffee stand/cabinet that has the 3 different machines on top, coffee and cups below.
When I worked downtown 15-20 years ago, I turned into a major coffee snob, getting all my beans at a local roaster that has been in business since the 70's. If I have beans, I grind them in an old Mr. Coffee burr mill. My wife doesn't like grinding the beans, so most of the time I get pre-ground coffee these days. Lame, I know...
My average daily consumption is something on the order of 5 or 6 cups of coffee a day if I had to guess, sometimes more. I drink it throughout the day however.

To answer the original question, no, I do not. I do love the engineering and creative manual process of maintaining and using a 20 year old, version one, Rancilio Silvia to make a latte on occasion.

I used to have a Bunn maker in the kitchen. Loved having a pot of coffee from start to finish in 2-3 minutes. The issue for us was it brewed SO FAST that you had to use more coffee to have flavor. And then the water would wash it up over the top of the filter. Bunn had to send me a flow restrictor to slow it down from a 2 minute brew to maybe 3 minutes. It lasted about 8-10 years, then we went back to a regular old drip maker.
