    Apple Pie Cocktail Recipe

    This recipe uses apple pie moonshine, any type, any brand, even home made, doesn't matter. Of course, variances will affect the repeatability of the end product.

    Apple Pie
    1 oz. apple pie moonshine
    1 oz. Citron vodka
    1/4 oz. (1.5 tsp) Cointreau (preferred), or similar orange liqueur such as Grand Marnier
    1/8 oz. (3/4 tsp) lemon juice, fresh squeezed is best
    2-3 dashes bitters
    dash pumpkin pie spice on top

    Shake all liquids w/ ice, strain into glass w/o ice.
    Top w/ dash of pumpkin pie spice once in glass

        Been doin a summat more Peasant-esque version, where we'un was jus usin th Apple Pie Moonshine, fer many decades...
