Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

Why not take the BBQ tour? people do it with wine, 18 times $20 per meal = $360, only doing one a week, shame it's 1000 mile's from here. Those pictures look good.
BBQ tours are fun. I occasionally take a Saturday to hit 3 to 5 places for a sampler plate, usually with a couple of friends - we share the plates so we don't get filled up right away. A full BBQ meal around here ranges between $25-$40.
