If you want good food and good music check out The Listening Room Cafe. Been many years since I was there but then they featured the actual songwriters behind the hits solo with guitar (usually). Always a pleasant evening and definitely a different experience than downtown. Otherwise just stroll down the Main Street until you like the sound of the band that’s playing and head in.

Loveless Cafe for breakfast. Fantastic coffee, strong as an ox and black as my heart, just like I like it! Biecuits were good, but the jelly was the jam (pun intended), we make our own and theirs was right up there. I forgot to take pictures as wew were meeting a coworker of mine's fiance and I was busy giving the NY fella the business. Their country ham, redeye gravy and gifts were fantastic Though! Wife had the chicken and Waffles and said it was really good too.

Hattie B's - I prefer it over Prince's. There is some neat history there, if I have the story right, Prince was a pig farmer, Hattie was his wife and invented the chicken recipe for his lunch. He liked is so much, he and her started Prince's chicken with Hattie doing all the cooking. Long story short, Prince's did well, Prince and Hattie got divorced and he kept the restaurant and recipe. Hattie opened Hattie B's to compete.

Puckett's Grocery - usually have a good band there and the vibe is a little different than down on Broadway

The Gulch - there are some good breakfast places that serve great biscuits (I don't remember the names) BUT there are always lines so be prepared to wait.

Nelsons Green Brier Distillery - good little craft distillery with a tour and tasting.

Marathon Auto Factory and Museum - displays the "southern cars" that competed with Fords Model T in the early 1900's.

I always heard that Mr prince was seeing another woman and came home really late one night. The hot chicken was supposed to be a mean trick, but he loved it. His original restaurant was called BBQ Chicken shack, but the current prince (his great niece I think) changed the name to Prince's Hot Chicken since she didn't consider it BBQ. Pretty sure Hattie came along a long time later by the Bishop family, a group of men.

Ordered Music City Hot Wings delivered to our room for dinner to eat during the game. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but don't do it. Service terrible, food not good at all. I went to look up the restaurant, and it turns out that it is a "ghost kitchen" . First and last time I use or trust reviews on Uber Eats.

Breakfast was at The Coffee House in Franklin TN. Great coffee, breakfast was pretty good, wife loved it. I got bacon egg and cheese breakfast burrito, she got French toast.

Had a late lunch, early dinner at Peg Leg Porker. Ribs were great (I like Memphis style dry ribs), Tennessee sushi (cheese sausage and saltines)great. Pork rinds were ok. Coleslaw was fantastic, mac and cheese was above average, and smoked green beans were good. Would for sure recommend.
