So awesome, the two things I missed the most in the UK were US style BBQ (especially beef cuts) and proper Mexican. I'm guessing Scotland is similar (Chiquitos is ok, but it is NOT even close to US style Mexican and even further from authentic than we are ). I have a few friends that live close-ish to Aberdeen so will definitely be sharing your business with them and living vicariously through their tastebuds Best of luck!

I'm giving 2 thumbs up on the biodegradable packaging. I'm no tree hugger but plastic is going to eventually strangle the world. Good on you for taking a step in the right direction. Any info on the producers of that packaging.

Hi company called "Vegware" in the UK (Edinburgh based I believe) check them out. In order to truly close the loop you also need collection and composting partner.
