This is a microcosm of the vast amount of bbq places that are scattered throughout the country, especially in the South. I could spend the rest of my life just traveling around and discovering all these hidden gems. Thanks for posting this wonderful article !!!

- If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
Great article, and it also makes me realize I never want to open my own BBQ joint, as much as friends and family sometimes say I should quit the engineering gig and open a BBQ & Wings joint or food truck. I just enjoy cooking for friends and family and myself, I sure don't want to be roasting pigs all night every night, and working all day too.
