Great article, and it also makes me realize I never want to open my own BBQ joint, as much as friends and family sometimes say I should quit the engineering gig and open a BBQ & Wings joint or food truck. I just enjoy cooking for friends and family and myself, I sure don't want to be roasting pigs all night every night, and working all day too.
