If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
That's awesome. Back in June I had a $450+ tab at a seafood place in Pensacola when we went on a family beach trip, for 8 adults and 3 kids. It was fun though and I just had to chalk it up to giving the kids good times with their mother Yvonne while I can. It's just money (or credit card debt! ). The memories are priceless.

Last summer, my youngest son & his fiancée had an engagement party… The next morning eight of us went to brunch. My sons & their GFs, a nephew & his GF…and my partner & myself. I didn’t pick the place so didn’t really know what to expect.
Anyway, we all had a great time, lots of laughs, and some terrific food. LOTS of terrific food. When the bill was brought out my youngest tried to reach for it. I said, “Don’t you dare.” And was handed the check. I should have let him dare. LOL $600+ before a tip was added. O_o
Being in Silicon Valley it didn’t come as a huge surprise…but having never been there I had no clue. I’m just glad that I am in a position to do that. It was worth it. And like I say, “It’s only money…and they’ll make more.” ;-)
