Kitchen filled with standard gas and electric smokers. No big wood pile outside. We ordered St Louis Ribs and a BBQ brisket sandwich. Ribs were actually baby back, reasonably moist, but clearly reheated and tasted like a Ball Park Frank. The brisket arrived on an excellent roll with crisp sweet pickles and an ok cole slaw. The meat was truly dreadful- sliced cold and thin like deli meat, reheated, gray and soggy. Old pot roast.
Maybe they served Andrew fresh food hot from the wood smoker built when they first got started. But for us, this was a non-starter.
