Hi all,
glad to see a restaurant category for other countries, and not just the (United) States. Anyhow, thought I'd share one of my favorites bbq restaurants outside the US.
In the center of London there is a really small restaurant called the Pitt cue co(mpany). They only seat 30, and you can't book a table, so be there early. I read about them some years ago, then bought their book, and now I have visited their restaurant 3 times. I keep coming back because the food is really good. Plain, simple food, but with very high quality. It is not to be missed. They have now started raising their own pigs, which I see as a quality indicator. I have tried their caramelized ribs, their steak onglet (hanger steak), lamb's heart, beef ribs et.c. If there is one single thing I would complain about it is that I could wish for just a tad bit more smoke flavor, but except for that it is truly great bbq.
BBQ Lamb Heart

Smoked Ox Cheeks with bone marrow mash. Really good stuff.
