Hey TripleB theroc SheilaAnn I just watched on Netflix a video series called Smokepoint about Moo's Craft BBQ, among other BBQ spots. and Moo's looks awesome. Have any of you been there?

I have not. I should give it a try. Over 30 years here in the foothills and trying BBQ within a 15 mile radius, I have been quite disappointed with what there is offered around here. I've heard good things about Moo's, but also mediocre things as well.

But to what I originally stated, I should give it a try.

SA, it’s a sit down restaurant but if you order online, it’s then take out only. In small print at the top…….👇

We haven’t tried Moo’s either, although have been wanting to. FWIW, it is often rated as some of the best BBQ in the LA area, but I can[t offer any first hand account.

Thank you for the suggestion, but I will pass. The weather has been fantastic of late. Dodger stadium will be around 75 degrees with a nice breeze later in the evening.

I can see a lot behind the building on the satellite view, but that doesn't mean there will be spaces available.

...Finally, I found one that was not barricaded and got back on the freeway (I think it was the 405) I was the only one on the freeway, both sides, for about 3 miles. It was like being in a Twilight Zone episode. The smoke made it all the more eerie.

Turns out it was in 1990 and it was the 101.

Back in the 1984 living in Mission Viejo, I had to travel LA and Orange counties, flipping through the massive Thomas Guide while driving in that traffic. I understand.
