This was my wife's plate. Flat Iron was 132x7h, Egg was 149x1h in olive oil. Given that this was January 2 years ago, I was probably eating ketogenically, so my plate was likely just the steak with the egg.
If I did again, I would probably use butter on the egg yolk instead of OO, and pull the bits of white off the egg. Falk salt, and maybe some shallots.
Arrived today! Wasn't expecting the insulated bag. Nice touch!
Black Grade rib eye cap, 2 flat iron steaks, 2 packages of ground beef, and a package of hot dogs.
And last but not least 12lb brisky!!
Can't wait to get cookin' and smokin'!
Rib eye cap I think I will smoke on the stick burner and reverse sear on open flame!
Flat irons will be done in my Griswold cast iron pan.
Brisket on the stick burner of course!
Ground beef will be burgers on the flat top.
Dogs will either be dutch oven chili dogs or on the flat top for Chicago style dogs!
I reserve the right to change my mind on any of the above methods of course!

Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.
Thanks DWCowles not sure when I'm going to get to any of it as the next couple weeks are planned out with other things going on. Everything arrived solidly frozen so I just put it in my freezer. I can see the flat irons being first up!
My camera skills are obviously not on par with most others here but if I get some decent ones I will post!
