            Same. I don't think their Wagyu was worth the upcharge, the DRR were fine IMO.

            Same here Spinaker but 50% off 6 items you're still going to get some $$ tied up! How do you like the DRR cuts you get down there? Shopping up in my neck of the woods sucks. Super One's rule the roost and they only sell you what they want you to buy which is usually the stuff they get the biggest margains on.

              I don't buy it much. As you mentioned, it's expensive. But they are good! Maybe next time I head up too Vermillion, I will bring up a box-o-cuts, just for you.

              Let me know when you're heading up this way Spinaker. There's a new bbq joint in Duluth everyone is raving about called OMC you can Google them up and peek at their menu. I haven't been there yet. I will buy you lunch and we can review it together!

            Well I took the plunge. black grade rib eye cap, brisket, couple of flat iron steaks some burger meat and gourmet hot dogs!
            Man it would have been hard to pay $129 for choice grade brisket but at the 50% it made it reasonable enough to take the risk. Should be here on the 31st.

              It's really good brisket. I haven't had it side by side with the Black or the Gold, but I've had all three at different times and loved each and every one of them.

            Here's my strategy:

            Pick 5 cheap things, like the burgers etc, in order to get 50% off a black grade ribeye cap.

              A man after my own inclinations! I almost bought their 2-fer of the caps last year (well maybe the year before). But I couldn't do it in good conscience.

            I like the mini carver hams. Not super salty like many hams are and they are just the right size.
