Mine showed up yesterday. Frozen solid and almost 10 pounds. I'm still deciding if I want to do a roast with it or cut it into steaks.

I’ve been a Creekstone customer for a while. I always have their tri tips in the freezer

I just ordered one of these Irodori rib roasts. Pretty good deal at $169.

Here's mine, 9lb 8.5oz. Steaks are 1 1/4" thick and very big as shown by the ruler. I got seven steaks total. Most of my ribeyes end up about 6"-7" long. These are 9" long. I pan fried the one from the end - tapered to 1/4" at one end - seasoned with Uncle Chris' seasoning. Really good and tender, even the thin part that was well done.

My original plan was to cut a few steaks and keep a 4 lb part as a roast. Instead I ordered another one, the 6-8 lb size. I asked them not to ship until after the weekend as I'll be out of town.*

Mine came today. 7.72lbs, not bad for $169.00. It took 5 days to get here, which was a bit concerning, but Creekstone packs their shipments well. Click image for larger version
