Well, Amazon is holding PRIME DAYS on July 12-13, and there may (or may not) be some worthwhile deals floating around.
Some may be time-based, so be on the lookout for expirations. Amazon-owned WOOT should also be doing a Woot-Off and have an assortment of other shenanigans going on
If you see anything interesting/worthwhile -- can we consolidate these items here rather than individual separate threads?
Looks like THERMOWORKS is going to be getting into the Prime Day sale action (even though they don't sell on Amazon, IIRC)
They're advertising "PRIME DEALS" in this morning's email, which suggests to a casual observer that they'll probably be putting a number of different items on sale during next week's Amazon festivities. Something to keep an eye on
The sale is July 12th & 13th. Follow the link below:

My method for Prime Days is to click the "save for later" button for anything I don't need immediately. I review this list on Amazon sales to see if any of my stuff is marked down. Rarely it is. Prime seems best for alexa devices and maybe TVs. With all that said, great to see vendors I love putting up sales. Thermoworks is an amazing brand.
Amazon is offering Prime Members $10 in credit for completing a promotional stamp card. (One activity involves spending $5, so one could argue that it's actually a $5 credit.) The four activities include purchasing a Prime-eligible item worth $5 or more, streaming a show on Prime Video, listening to a song on Prime Music, and borrowing a free ebook. Redemption instructions and details are below. Note that if you browse the page without completing step 2, you may become ineligible for the promotion.

Prime members can claim a free $2 credit to be used on any Amazon purchase just by visiting the Affirm page on Amazon’s site. quantities are limited, but replenshed throughout the day
I could check all those off except for the music. Months ago, I tried the 90 day free trial offered by Amazon music and really enjoyed the better sound quality over my current Spotify streaming service. I’ve got a buttload of songs and playlists on Spotify though so I’m kinda heavily invested with them. It would require a 3rd party app to convert all my Spotify playlists to Amazon. Plus, my wife would probably leave me if I ditched Spotify since she knows it’s interface.
I save my cash back rewards for Prime Day. That way I get something I want for "free". Or mostly free.
It really is not free. It is more like layaway, only with extra steps. BUT ANYHOW...... I am hoping a nice home weather station ends up on sale. As for cooking stuff, Prime Days is how I got my Blackstone years ago. I was looking at one. And then there it was. Prime Day deal. And it was the new one with the rear grease drain. But I was going to be out of town for the week, so I had it shipped to a neighbor and just collected it when I returned home.
email from Rastellis this morning.... although this DOESN'T say that this is a Prime sale.....

That's super tempting. I'm sure glad Panhead John isn't here to egg me on. That said, I wonder if he has one of these. If he doesn't, it's really too bad. It would make him so happy, and it would just thrill his mom.
