Fortunately, I'm one of those people that truly despises Amazon, and rarely ever uses it. It is a last resort place for me, and even then I try really hard to make sure what I buy comes from a Mom & Pop that is using the Amazon platform...
there have been instances where I will do without rather than purchase from Amazon..
Have I mentioned that I despise Amazon?

There's really only one thing in that whole list I feel like I need, which is a good pair of meat shears/scissors. What I have (wait for it) just isn't cutting it.

I totally understand the misgivings about Amazon. We live a couple of miles from where their huge new distro center is going in, and so for us, Amazon IS our local community - a ton of folks around here work for them...

I just use pruning shears, the outdoor ones for gardening and tree limbs. No matter what kitchen shears I used, never could spatchcock a turkey well until I just grabbed my outdoor shears and walah! Mine are anvil but I don't see why bypass wouldn't work too, so head to Home Depot!

I always had my Amazon bookmark set to the Outdoor Cooking department. Looks similar, but it's been around a while. Less a store, more a channel.
