Late last year when I started taxes and was checking chraitable contributions off for last minute donations, Houston friends mentioned OBR when I asked them what "local" charities they favored during/after Harvey. While most were fortunate (evacuated but water did not reach the house although for a couple families the yard was a pigsty), some ate because of OBR.Comment
