Up to this point my entire outdoor cooking arsenal has consisted of gas appliances. I own three Weber Gas Grills and Camp Chef 24" Smoke Vault. I have not owned a charcoal grill in 30 years. But today we took the first step toward changing that. After much research on this site, and reading all the great feedback from here in the Pit, an order was placed for the SnS Plus. I'll pick up a Weber 22" Kettle to go with it in the next couple of weeks. Hoping they go on sale....Can't wait to start cooking on charcoal again!!!

I have NEVER seen a Weber Kettle, at least the premium or master touch, go on sale. I looked for 3 years before I just finally gave in an bought my 22. You'll love working with that SnS Plus and kettle.

I currently have 4 grills 2 gas (Weber spirit 700 and Weber 1000) 2 charcoal (Weber master touch 22 and PK360). I also have a cast iron hibachi and a joule Sous vide. I have multiple probe thermometers , MK4, Smoke, 2 chef alarm, ThermaQ and thermaK and a thermoworks IR with K probe port. for knives I love my Messermeister Olive elite and my TojironDP Gyutou. which I keep razor sharp using my edge-pro. I also have a weather station to keep an eye on good Grilling weather.

Make my purchase today. Lowes had the 22' Premium Kettle on sale for $129. They only had the Bronze. So I went to Home Depot and they matched the price. Got one in Black. Picked up Weber Starter Chimney with the savings. SnS is in transit. It will arrive on Thursday. Need to pick up some Kingsford Blue Bag. And of course some appropriate software.....
