    Turkey breast time. Help

Doing 2 turkey breasts on the Webber SnS. Temp should be 330-350? Take about 2 hrs? This is first time with turkey breasts. Should I inject with butter, Nothing or something else? Going to dry brine overnight.

Inject with unsalted butter. Dry brine but only if the breasts have not been packaged in a salty solution. Add your favorite rub and smoke until they hit 155F. They'll rest to 160F by the time you slice into them. Best turkey you ever ate.

+1 on what David Parrish said!

That will be the best turkey you every ate. Cold turkey sandwiches the next day are to die for.😁

agreed. Butterball those suckers. My wife allows me to cook the turkey part of our Thanksgiving dinner...butter balled turkey breast over some applewood for flavor and coloring...

Inject with truffle butter if you really want a treat. Pit Boss is right on with the temperature. If you go over that they'll be too dry. I tried to convince my wife to pull the turkey out of the oven at 155 to no avail until I did a breast in the smoker. Now she's a believer.

        Thanks guys that really helps.
