Doing 2 turkey breasts on the Webber SnS. Temp should be 330-350? Take about 2 hrs? This is first time with turkey breasts. Should I inject with butter, Nothing or something else? Going to dry brine overnight.

Inject with unsalted butter. Dry brine but only if the breasts have not been packaged in a salty solution. Add your favorite rub and smoke until they hit 155F. They'll rest to 160F by the time you slice into them. Best turkey you ever ate.

That will be the best turkey you every ate. Cold turkey sandwiches the next day are to die for.ðŸ˜Â
