Trying to find the doggone Weber-compatible drip pan/griddle I saw online somewhere. I think it was stainless steel but can't remember if it was specific to the 26" kettle. (In the pic, breakfast was being prepared ... easy sales pitch for me.) I thought it might be an SnS but theirs are cast iron (on back order) and porcelain (not) - although I'd welcome thoughts on those. I like their shaping for drip pan use as well as occasional extra cooking surface. Help jog this poor man's memory! Or: suggestions, please. Cheers!

3-in-1 Grill Accessory! The Drip ‘N Griddle Pan – Deluxe lives up to its name….and more! Drip Pan – Made from nearly 4 pounds of sturdy and durable 304 stainless steel, the Drip ‘N Griddle Pan is contoured to fit perfectly next to the Slow ‘N Sear on the charcoal grate and helps with airflow. The air from the bottom vents is forced to exit through the bottom of the Slow 'N Sear, which makes the fuel hotter. Also say goodbye to messy foil – even the biggest messes are contained by the Pan’s raised edges and the easy-access side handles make cleaning up after a cook a breeze! Griddle – Transfer the Pan to the cooking grate and place it above the coals for a flat-top grilling experience on your kettle. Bacon and eggs, anyone? Note: Stainless steel can warp if it's placed over extreme heat. You should only use a small amount of charcoal when using it as a griddle to prevent warping. Preheat the pan on the indirect side of the grill before placing it directly over the coals. Warming – Use the cooking grate to allow maintenance of much lower temps on the indirect side, while still having enough heat to sear when needed. (see photo) The Deluxe version features sleeker, streamlined edges; exterior welded handles and comes standard with a stainless steel Roasting Rack! Use the Roasting Rack together with the Pan for a complete roasting solution. Or take advantage of the specially designed feet that allow the pan to sit directly on the charcoal grate making it a simple, easy way to transfer small items on/off the grill. Compatible with 22″/26″ kettles and the Weber Summit® Charcoal Grill.Pan and roasting rack are dishwasher safe.Slow 'N Sear insert sold separately Product Dimensions: Width (not including handles): 19 inches Depth: 11¾ inches Wall height: 1½ inches Wall height (with handles): 3½ inches Not interested in using the Pan for griddling? Take a look at the Drip ‘N Roast Pan!
It works with both the 22" and the 26" Kettles.

I have two of the SNS stainless steel Drip 'N Griddle pans. They are great as a drip pan, fitting perfectly on a 22" kettle. They are not going to cover the unused charcoal grate of a 26" kettle fully, but would cover the central area better than any rectangular drip pan ever would. And while it is a good griddle, they caution you in the instructions against getting the heat too high - use just a half chimney of coals in the SNS - due to the tendency of the stainless to want to warp if the heat gets too high. One of mine is slightly warped, but still works just fine. The other I have not griddled in, and its still perfectly flat.
They tell you NOT to use the porcelain coated one as anything other than a drop or roasting pan - don't use it directly over charcoal as a griddle.
I think the best one for griddle use, especially at high heat, is going to be the cast iron version, since it will have no concerns about warping.

The drip griddle fits perfectly in the 22" w/ the SnS. It doesn't fully cover the 26". I remember this issue was raised about a year ago and SnS explained that they don't make a bigger one for the 26 because 1 of the selling features for the one for the 22" is that it fits in most dishwashers.
