    I got my at Amazon. One thing you want to make sure is the cut level. Mine are cut level 5 which for what I do plenty safe. I've attached and article explaining the cut level. BTW what I have were $10 for 2 pair.

    THESE work well. Don't interfere with dexterity, cut level 5, thin enough that nitrile gloves will slip over them, and pretty economical.

    Edit: These are the same ones Mosca posted earlier.

    A little OT, but for those who have mandoline anxiety-I have a Dash Safe Slice. You can't cut yourself with it, as the food goes into a chute, fed in by a pusher to where the blade is. The only drawback is that whatever you are slicing has to fit into the chute.
