Funny you should say that. I too lost a grate probe about 10 months old, Thermoworks replaced it no questions asked. Then my Thermoworks Trio timer died. Haven't called 'em yet but it's about 4 months old. I am starting to wonder...

Completely down with the desire for better probes. My problem is that my Smoke, which is not yet a year old, already appears to be failing. Have not thoroughly trouble-shot the problem, but I have to say it was depressing to think about. I've bought a lot of ThermoWorks products over the years, and have thought highly of them. But this is very, very disappointing.

Call Thermoworks and they will most likely replace it. Doesn't make you feel any better though that it died so quickly.

I had to have my remote replaced. They did it for free. But, of course it failed on the coldest cooking day ever! No problems since then.

Nice pick up! What do you think so far?

Its a tank. Getting it on wifi was a snap. I still need to do a deep dive on it. It does not have a lot of bells nor whistles.

Its like a Rolex. It does one thing well.

I hope to be driving it this week at some point. Going to drill out the GMG probe port to take the TW bigger probes.
