I can't get a reading on my Smoke thermometer other than HHH. I replaced the batteries and nothing has changed. Anyone get this before and know what it means?

I think it means the temp is too high to read. Since it's obviously not, it's time to give those nice people a call.
Edit to add that it could mean Help Help Help.

Grilla OG with upper shelf and pizza stone.
Weber Genesis SA-E-330 LP INDIGO with SS Grates, Weber Crafted frame kit, baking stone, griddle (2/3), all from Ace Hardware.
Everything Else:
SnS #3 I was their first customer.
Sous Vide equipment.
Instant read and leave-in thermometers.
Grill Grates.
Kingsford Blue Bag, Weber lighter cubes, Weber charcoal chimneys.
BBQr's Delight Hickory & Apple flavor pellets, propane torch, 12" smoke tube.
Grilla apple & hickory pellets, Royal Oak charcoal pellets.
Rubs with salt: Meat Church, Meathead's.
Rubs without salt: SnS Grills Rocky's Rub and Not Just for Beef.
Rubs home-mixed: None at this time.
Spices: Lots of 'em.
You may have already tried this, but have you just plugged in the meat probe, and just the air probe, to see if you can determine if it's one of the probes?

It was the probe - I'm getting a temp reading using the meat probe as the air probe. I called them and was surprised they were open on Saturday. Even though it's been over a year since I bought it they are replacing the probe for free. Good peoples.
