    ThermoPro's Customer Service *****

    I want to give a shout-out to ThermoPro's customer service. I have a TP03H that I left in the rain. The next day or two, it worked fine, but then last time I pulled it out of the drawer, it looked like this:

    It didn't power up, light didn't work, and was otherwise dead. I even tried a fresh battery. I'm not sure where the screen damage came from or what failed, but I figured I would log a warranty inquiry (bought last August), giving them the same story as you all. Long story short, they have mailed a replacement, no further questions asked (aside from my mailing address, of course). 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

    So, they have my loyal support and future business.

      I've had good experiences with them, too. Prompt, useful replies, and when they accidentally mailed me an extra T-grip in one order, they let me keep it. And I've been very happy with the quality of their products.

          I had some problems with my TP-20 and it was quickly taken care of. Great customer service.

            I just got off the phone with them. One of my TempSpikes is reading an inaccurate ambient temperature off by 12 degrees. I called provided my information and one order number via Amazon. I bought them separately and are still under warranty. The agent said we'll send it out expect it in 3 to 5 business days. The follow up email secured what was said. They attached the recording and length of the call, 3 minutes and 25 seconds. Now that's Customer Service! I did mention I'm a member of the Pitmasters Club and your service is looked at as top notch.

                I also have a new TempSpike on the way, after one of my 3 stopped responding. They have been great about responsiveness anytime I've talked to them - via text and most recently via FB Messenger.

                I definitely recommend ThermoPro and overall have been pleased with their products, as well.

                  It is great to hear that in this day and age of digital "service" and generative AI one can still get service the "old fashion" way -- i.e., with a real person willing and trying to help you!!

                    I have a TempSpike that stopped working just the other day, but I’m hesitant to make a claim because it is one that they sent me for free; I ordered one, it didn’t show up, they sent another, the first one showed up and they told me to keep it. So I figure we’re even.

                    That’s a nice unit, btw.

                        Arrived today. I'll get setting up. I just can't now as I just finished vacuum sealing 4 # wings 3 # ground beef in patties for regular burgers and smash burgers and 2# pork chops. I'm tired.

                        I’m glad Thermopro took care of you! I’ve also gotten really good customer service when Thermoworks. Had my Thermapen start turning on really slowly, so they sent me a new one.

                        I may consider their temp spike now that I have a second cooker.

                          Look at their new product. Double probe with display on the booster. On sale now but not sure how long.

                          Yeah I thought about that - but then their app will only control three probes and I already HAVE three. So I'd have two sitting at all times I couldn't use. I discussed this with one of their reps, they say there are currently no plans to expand the app to handle more probes, but they would pass it along to the development team. So if I want more - I guess I gotta choose another brand. I told them that, too...

                          I have been in communication asking if the app only does 3 spikes, answer yes. I also asked if there were any plans to expand the app. The response was maybe in the future you will be able to sync more but there is no set date. Kinda of a loose response but maybe there's some hope.

                        I am very happy to hear all the good reports of ThermPro's customer service. I have a few of their remote temp probe unit I have purchased dating back to 2018 (I believe) and the most recent in March of this year. I have never had any issues with their products but it is great to know I will treated well if I do.
