I want to give a shout-out to ThermoPro's customer service. I have a TP03H that I left in the rain. The next day or two, it worked fine, but then last time I pulled it out of the drawer, it looked like this:

It didn't power up, light didn't work, and was otherwise dead. I even tried a fresh battery. I'm not sure where the screen damage came from or what failed, but I figured I would log a warranty inquiry (bought last August), giving them the same story as you all. Long story short, they have mailed a replacement, no further questions asked (aside from my mailing address, of course). πππππ
So, they have my loyal support and future business.
