    Beautiful! Problem for me would be that I wanted to frame it and hang it on the wall. It's too pretty to cut on!

      I thought about the same thing. But they are really heavy duty. The softest wood is the oak.

    Awesome sauce, John! Congratulations on your own custom boards. I started making a large end grain board last year but haven't found a good way to get it leveled out and smooth. Some day. . .
